Franklin Public Library Building Use Policy

 

  • The Franklin Public Library building will only be used for library functions.
  • The Franklin Public Library building is not available for rental.
  • The Franklin Public Library building is not available for non-library functions after hours.
  •  For the safety and health of all patrons, the public may not bring animals into the library, with the exception of service animals.
