Franklin Public Library

Non-resident Library Card Policy

Adopted August, 2010

 

 

A non-resident library card may be purchased by anyone who does not live in the Village of Franklin and is not eligible for reciprocal borrowing privileges.  A valid non-resident library card shall accord to the non-resident library cardholder all the services the Franklin Public Library provides EXCLUDING reciprocal borrowing privileges.  The non-resident card will be issued for 12 months for a fee of $150 per individual or for all cards issued to a family living at the same address.
