Summer Reading 2020

June 15-August 3

How it works for teens going into 6th grade to 12th grade:

  • Register on-line HERE, call us at 248.851.2254 or email us at We will need your name, address, email, phone number, school and what grade you will be in this fall.
  • Download the task list, or pick one up curbside or we can mail you one.
  • Complete three tasks per week and your name will be entered into a weekly prize drawing.
  • Call us or email us with the tasks you complete each week so we can put your name in the drawing. We will notify you if your name is drawn and prizes can be picked up curbside or mailed to you.
  • Have fun!

  • Attend a virtual program at the Franklin Library
  • Do an art project at home
  • Do something in your yard
  • Do something with a friend, virtually if need be

  • Download or stream something from Hoopla

  • Play a video game virtually with a friend
