Franklin Public Library

Welcome to the Franklin Public Library. We are glad you are here. The Franklin Public Library serves 3,108 residents living in the Village of Franklin.  We are a member of the largest library co-operative in the state, The Library Network, and participate in inter-library loan and reciprocal borrowing with the other member libraries. 

The library holds approximately 15,000 items including books, audio books on CD, DVDs, magazines and a large print collection.  Franklin residents have free access through Overdrive and hoopla Digital to eBooks,  eAudiobooks, movies and eMagazines, MP3 music downloads through Freegal, online continuing education as well as ACT/SAT Test prep, wellness classes through rbDigital and crafting classes with creativebug!  We offer four public access computers and free wifi access (also accessible in our parking lot and Reading Garden), a copy machine and faxing services.  Programs include book discussions, lectures and other adult programs, story hour, playgroups and monthly Saturday programs for youth as well as our Summer Reading program for all ages.
