Register for "Beat the January Blues! The Meditation and Gratitude Challenge"

This is not an ordinary gratitude challenge. It's about BEING not DOING. 

Learn to foster a genuine feeling of gratitude and see how it impacts you — your physical, emotional and spiritual health. 

A short or a long Gratitude and Meditation Challenge  will be available, both including focused daily kindness meditation with mindfulness themes and a bonus gratitude journal PDF for scripture reflection.

Sign up and we will send you the link to access the Challenge early January. This program will last for 30 days once you start the first session - whenever you are ready to start.
